“The level of professionalism and efficiency in this course was excellent. There was ample support and feedback provided which is impressive given that the mode of instruction was online . The tutorials , videos and layout of the course materials were top notch and of high quality. All queries via email were attended to speedily and efficiently with the use of a ticket system. The practical workshop was very insightful were the instructor demonstrated all the teaching techniques and elements of language creatively and practically. The only thing I found really cumbersome was the submission of the assignments, each time a declaration had to be ticked right at the end of a very long webpage. It can be easily overlooked and the assignment remains a draft , delaying submission and wasting time . Other than that this course was top notch , I have recommended it all my colleagues, friends and students. It should be the only TEFL course online, It was worth every penny spenty.”

“Absolutely amazing course. Easy to use and navigate. Provided plenty of unique teaching methods that I have easily been able to use in my teaching in China. I received great feedback from the assignments and when there were technical issues they were quickly resolved by the awesome and friendly staff. Thanks TEFL Academy for making the journey easy. The assignments were rather difficult though. Just for the record.”

“Good Afternoon, I really enjoyed the 168 hour online course and found the material to be comprehensive and interesting. The guidelines for assignments and suggestions & advice for real classes and lessons were invaluable. I've already interviewed with a few online tutoring companies and I know that the experience & knowledge I gained during the course has given me an upper hand in terms of being prepared for the interviews and for demo classes - thank you!”

“I've just completed a TEFL level 5 course 168 hours. I'm really happy with how the course has explored some of the methodology that one has to keep refreshing. I've been a teacher for many years but I realized that going back to understanding why some of the things are done in a certain way is very important to a teacher's development and growth.”

“Fantastic Experience - Well Done The TEFL Academy! I studied the Level 5 TEFL Academy 168 hour online course, as well as the 20 hours Classroom course, which was based in Aberdeen. I would highly recommend this course for everyone! It is an extremely good value for money course and it is absolutely fabulous! The essays are very challenging and require a lot of extra hours to work on them. The Classroom course was brilliant! Maria was an excellent teacher who made the course lots of fun, it was very interactive and engaging. We learnt a lot. There were only 3 of us on the Classroom course and we were all at different stages of the online course. This course is worth its weight in gold - You won't regret it! .......................”

“The online TEFL course (168 hours) was an affordable and thorough course. The course work was very comprehensive, however I did not find it too difficult. It was actually quite enjoyable. Support was available throughout the course in an efficient and user-friendly manner.”

“I completed the Level 5 TEFL Course (168 hrs) between March and August 2019. Firstly, the TEFL Academy team are amazing! - I had quite a few questions about the course/assignments and contacted them on Facebook and on the livechat on their website. They always responded so quickly and were very helpful. Secondly, the course itself is great! The units are really interactive so you're not just reading loads of text; there's mini tasks to do throughout as well as end of unit tests so you're constantly engaged. The assignments seem really tough at first (especially if you have no experience at all like me!) but the course does provide you with all the information you need to be able to complete them. They're challenging but I also learnt so much from completing them. Overall I'm really happy with the course and so excited to start my new career teaching abroad!”

“The level 5 course portal was easy to use and the end of unit assessments gave me reassurance I was retaining the unit content. I felt the Assignments were very practical skills to learn and completing the course has given me confidence that I will be able to do the job in practise. I extended my enrolment so I could balance full time work, I done this with ease but did find it was quite expensive. I bought the course during an online sale before I was ready to start studying, not realising there was an option to pay in instalment and start at a later date once the course was paid for in full. My favourite part of the course was the 2-day class in Edinburgh, it was good fun. It eased some of the anxieties of the grammar unit, and overall was interesting to meet other people on the course and realise everyone was from all walks of life with very different plans for the future. Furthermore, I had an unlucky experience of food poisoning after day 1 and was unable to attend day 2, but after providing evidence from the food establishment was honoured a free transfer for day 2 which i was very grateful for. Since the duration of my course I have highly recommended my experience to friends and 3 of which have enrolled on the same course and another friend plans to enrol before the end of the year.”

“The TEFL Academy has been the answer to my future and dreams, not only has the course taught me alot of things I didnt know, but they also supported and guided me to be the best teacher I can be. Their 20 hour classroom section, the units and end of unit test as well as the assignment was much nees to sharpen my English skill. I navigated easily through the course and also gave me ample time to complete it. So whether you working or studying I would definitely recommend The Tefl Academy.”

“The Level 5 (168) hour course was brilliant. It went through, step by step what is involved in teaching EFL students. The end of unit tests are good at ensuring that you understand what you have read and what areas you may nees to re-look at. The assignments are brilliant at getting you to focus on what you have learnt and although there is a lot of work involved in the assignments, having completed them I feel confident that i would be able to prepare lessons for EFL students from a wide age range and actually be able to stand up and deliver the lessons. The assignments were marked very quickly and within the 5 working days stated. Feedback was excellent on each assignment with constructive comments that helped improve the following assignment.”

You find lots of materials , ideas , methods , techniques and games that can be used in an English lesson class and are really good.
