“I was very pleased with this course. The curriculum was interesting and challenging for me, as a beginner teacher. I believe it would be challenging and rewarding for experienced teachers, as well. It provided all of the information I will need as I enter the world of TEFL. The grading feedback was also very helpful, and the staff were readily available and responsive whenever I contacted them with questions. I highly recommend this course for anyone needing this certification!”

“He terminado Level 5 TEFL course on-line y lo podría describir como flexible y de alta calidad. Flexible porque tu estableces el horario para estudiar y tienes hasta 6 meses para terminarlo. De alta calidad porque el material didáctico es explicito y conciso, aparte hay mucho material adicional.”

“I completed an online Level 5 TEFL course with the TEFL Academy this year and I would highly recommend this company to anyone who would like to complete a TEFL course. The material was well laid out and easy to follow, with lots of practical suggestions and teaching ideas. Assignment feedback was concise and helpful. I like that you are given six months to complete the course because it allows you to do it in your own time.”

“The 168 hour TEFL course at the TEFL Academy was amazing! I joined while still studying my degree, and I must applaud the all the people behind TTA. From the tutors to the admin staff - everyone was very helpful. The course is very detailed and every unit is well structured. The assignments were also very detailed and made it easy to follow through each step. I highly recommend anyone to do this course! It is amazing!”

“Ik heb er van genoten om iets nieuws te leren. Als echte reisliefhebber is de motivatie om een diploma op zak te hebben waarmee ik meer vrijheid kan creëren in werken/reizen erg groot! De opleiding is overzichtelijk, goed opgebouwd qua moeilijkheidsgraad en geeft je het vertrouwen dat je echt iets leert! “I recently completed the Level 5 Qualifi 150-hr TEFL certificate with the TEFL Academy, which included a 20-hr in-house component as well. The course offers an excellent overview of what you may expect as a new English teacher, whether you'd like to teach online or overseas. It gave me useful and interesting ways to create lessons plans for beginners, intermediate and advanced students, how to design lessons for reading, listening, writing and speaking lessons, how to find the necessary materials online as well as giving important strategies to maintain control in the classroom. The customer service is first class, responding to my emails in a timely manner and solving my issues in a heartbeat! Additionally, the markers who graded my assignments gave useful information on how to improve my lesson plans, corrected my mistakes and offered alternative ways and strategies to teach different aspects of English grammar to students. This 150-hr TEFL certificate will now give me the ability to teach English overseas in Europe, the Middle-East or Asia, helping me to set out on the goals I wanted to accomplish. Additionally, if you can not complete the certificate in the 6-month period you may choose to pay a small fee to have the course extended, which is helpful for those who may have a part-time job or other commitments. I'd highly recommend the TEFL Academy course to those who are interested in becoming an online English teacher or an overseas English teacher in a private institution or public school (depending on the country and its requirements), without the need for a Masters degree in TESOL/Education or more advanced or expensive certificates such as the CELTA.”

“I started my online course at the start of lock down and it was the best decision! I have always had a passion for teaching and this will give me the tools i need to be able to do it from the comfort of my own home. The course was top class, the material was incredible informative, the website was easy to navigate, layout out was attractive and the material and extra resources were of a great standard. The assignments are very in depth and i would definitely recommend getting started n them as soon as possible. I couldn't recommend this course more and I cant wait to put all my knowledge into practice!”

“I absolutely loved the Course. I did the 168 hour Level 5 course and would highly recommend it. The layout was well presented and it was so easy navigating through it all. Very professionally done. As a qualified Montessori teacher I thought I knew enough, well this course taught me so much more. I never needed to contact any of the tutors for help during the course, but I could see by their feed back on assignments returned after marking that they were always ready and willing to explain if someone is not sure of something. Thank you TEFL Academy you are the best!!!”

“I studied the Level 5 Online Course and would definitely recommend it. The course content is well structured and clearly presented, and covers a wide range of topics. The units are interactive, and the end of unit tests ensure that you've actually learnt from the course and not just skipped through. There's plenty of additional resources and the job resources once you've passed are great too. Whenever I needed support a tutor replied to me quickly and always solved any issues I had. The assessments do require some effort, but I found doing them and the feedback I received from them very useful and feel that they have prepared me for teaching in the real world. Overall I feel the course has properly prepared me for teaching and I enjoyed taking it. There are lots of TEFL courses out there so it can be hard to choose, but I feel that the TEFL Academy genuinely wants to prepare you the be the best teacher you can be and I'm really glad I chose this course.”

The practical examples and explanations helped me see how I could teach certain elements of the English language more easily or simply just differently.
