“The course was very challenging and I must say I did enjoy all the sections in it because it taught me quite a lot about being a professional teacher. I would definately recommend a lot of people to do it because I already see myself going places and all my dreams coming true. Now whats left is applying and getting my dream job!”

“I really enjoyed the Level 5 TEFL Course! I'm an experienced academic teacher and still learned a lot of new things. The course is very comprehensive and at the same time easy to understand. It puts many things you might already know into a broader context and provides you with many practical tools and links. The organization of the course worked flawlessly. I fully recommend it to both beginning and experienced teachers!”

“This was a fantastic course, organized and structured very well. I feel that the graders have great constructive feedback and I learned a lot from the course! It is definitely the real deal and it takes dedication to successfully complete it, but in the end it creates confident ESL teachers. I do wish there was a little more instruction on teaching ESL to online/distant learners as well as small children. Overall I am very happy with the program and all of the knowledge I have acquired. The website and lessons are user friendly and easy to navigate, and I never needed technical help, however help appears to be very accessible. One tip for American students taking the course is to research the grading scale before turning in the assignments because I was upset with my “66” but it turns out with the European scale that is a really good grade!”

“I booked without any problems. The course was not easy, but I learned so much. If it were not for the assignments that checked that you understand what you learned, I would not have been able to draw up a lesson plan. The Tefl Academy admin was great, they answered all of my questions very quickly. I am so happy I decided to do my course with the Tefl Academy!”

“I've just completed the Online Level 5 TEFL course. As a retired English teacher I found this course challenging and I really feel that my skills have been upgraded. The content is well presented and easy to navigate, even for an online beginner like myself, with many additional resources provided. However it requires a serious commitment to put in the required hours of study with full concentration! Doing this course has really boosted my confidence and I'm excited to start teaching again. It has opened a whole set of new doors for me.”

“The two-day face-to-face sessions are extremely helpful. Our trainer provided great materials and advice. Online tutors also assisted me wherever possible in the online submissions. Great course if you are looking for something different yet challenging.”

“The TEFL Academy was a brilliant choice of institution to complete my Level 5 Certificate in Teaching English as a Foreign Language. The content was stimulating and relevant to me as a future teacher (I especially enjoyed the interactive activities). The assignments were also beneficial in my development, as I was made aware of many online resources and I am now able to plan lessons that are suitable for students at different levels. “I was very happy with the Level 5 TEFL Course from theteflacademy.com I loved taking the Level 5 TEFL Course (168 hrs) at the TEFL academy! Not only is the course material very clear and practical, but teachers review your assignments within a few days and you receive very clear feedback on those assignments. The mix of e-learning and practical teaching was good for developing the knowledge and practical expertise to become a teacher. I would recommend this course to anyone interested in teaching English online!”

“Even with some teaching experience, the TEFL Level 5 course was the best thing I could have done to improve my teaching skills. A very user-friendly platform for online learning, with excellent and highly relevant content for inexperienced and experienced teachers alike. The presentation of material is well-paced with systematic comprehension checks and the three assignments are real examples of how to apply the knowledge acquired. I would highly recommend this course as a great TEFL qualification.”
