“I enjoyed taking the Level 5 TEFL Course online. I liked the interactive questions/quizzes throughout the lesson that ensured that you understood the information. It took me about 3.5 months to complete and that was me just taking my time. I love that the pace is up to you (although you do only have 6 months access). I don't have any complaints other than wishing that there was a way to reach out to other peers taking the course or who have taken the course. I think that would've been helpful when finding jobs and other opportunities related to teaching english.”

“I really enjoyed doing this course. As this was my first online course, I found it to be very helpful in teaching me how to teach English online and to get comfortable with everything. Also the small tests in between the study material, helped a lot to know if I understood the work. It was great”

“My experience of the TEFL Academy was an exceedingly positive one. I completed their online Level 5 course. Instructions were always exceedingly clear, and it was easy to communicate with real people if ever I had a problem. The feedback that I received on my assignments was always exceptionally thorough, and helpful in bettering my following assignments. I completed this course whilst already working abroad as an English language assistant via the British Council. I feel that this certificate alongside my experience will look great on my CV for a future in education. 6 months was ample time to complete the course, however due to certain personal disruptions, I was obliged to purchase an extension. This was easy to do and I felt a fair price. Overall, I would recommend this course to anyone who either has an interest in language teaching, wants to go abroad, or is looking at a career change. Via this qualification, I hope to have many more opportunities to teach abroad and experience the world.”

“I completed the 168 hour Level 5 TEFL course in January 2021. I found it to be logical and well laid out in its course design, which gave me confidence I would learn good teaching strategies. The content was interesting and relevant, and the assignments were challenging but not overwhelming. The completion of the assignments gave very practical experience in lesson planning and teaching, and the feedback from the instructors was thorough and useful.”

“I was recommended to use The TEFL Academy to get my Level 5 TEFL course certification and I am beyond happy that I did. I could tell they wanted their students to succeed with the amount of resources that were available and the feedback given by the tutors who graded the assignments. While also providing ongoing help to get a job, along with continued course book help for future teachings. I highly recommend using them.”

“I recently completed the Level 5 TEFL course. Excellent course! There is a lot of material covered and it's structured in a good logical way. The assignments were very good for consolidating all the material that is learnt. The online platform is very easy to use, and communication with staff was easy. Highly recommend!”

“The level 5 tefl course was great fun, I learnt a lot about English and enjoyed the way it was presented. For me personally, it was better than studying in a classroom as I could choose my own learning hours. It was really enjoyable, I look forward to doing some of the add on courses next.”

“I did the level 5 TEFL course with the TEFL academy and it was a great experience. There was no fuss, the tutors are very helpful, administrators are easy to contact and the content of the course was very clear and concise. “I studied the TEFL level 5 online course at the end of 2020 and I found it to be very thorough. The assignments definitely make sure that you have learnt properly. As a result of achieving the certificate, I have already (within 2 weeks) been offered an online position, so I can honestly say the course is very worthwhile if this is something you want to do in the future.”
