“The TEFL Academy provided a fabulous comprehensive Level 5 TEFL 168-hour course. The content is clear and concise. The timeline is flexible (6 months to complete and you can extend). The structure of the course was broken down into easy-to-follow units and was highly organized. I could always go back and review the lessons I previously did and remind myself in case I’ve missed something. The tests after each unit were challenging and continuously helped me learn new material. The tutor, administration and other staff from TEFL Academy were very helpful with any inquiries I had and quick to respond. I decided to take this course so that I could get the certification I needed to work abroad and because of how much information they gave me about job placement after completion of the course. The most incredible thing was that I could do the course even over my phone, since I am constantly on the move and I do not have time to bring my laptop with me at all times and places it was extremely convenient. I managed to finish the course way before the date I was set to do it. One area that could be improved: I would add some kind of final test (e.g. having to create a lesson plan on your own or recording a video of you teaching a short lesson according to the material, etc.) to enhance the practical aspect of the course and to further test the participants’ comprehension. Overall, I can only recommend TEFL Academy it is a no-brainer for anyone who wants to improve their teaching skills, travel to exciting new places, or even start a new career!”

“The course is structure d very well with the combination of easy and hard material, the outcomes are clear. I enjoyed the course overall, however, I wish I'd have more than 6 months to complete it. I'd also like to receive a bit more help on how to get an online job now that I have completed the course,”

“The TEfL Academy was a pleasure to do. Someone recommended it to me and I've already recommended it to someone else... The course is structured really well and the website is super easy to navigate and understand. There are so many TEFL course options but I highly recommend you use this one, I can't see how it could be any better... I also enjoyed this course because of how the assignments and tests were structured. A short test at the end of each unit helped summarise everything you'd learnt and the actual assignments added a lot of value to what real life teaching would be like. Overall the tests and assignments summed up all i had learnt and reinforced the information. I'm excited to start teaching!”

“Thoroughly enjoyed the level 5 , 168 hr course. Very comprehensive and interesting contents.The units covered all the appropriate materials and I feel I really developed many skills and gained insight.The assignments were very challenging but all instructions were very clear.The course was easy to navigate through. I would definitely recommend this course to all who would like to teach English abroad.”

I would have liked more on Total Physical Response as this seems to be very desirable in the American online schools. I really enjoyed the 2 day face-to-face part of the course.”

“I am very satisfied with the course. It is very interesting and useful for everyone who wants to teach English, learn about new engaging methods to teach grammar, reading, listening, and writing, and really inspire the students to study harder. It is very well-thought and comprehensive with interesting practical assignments, which might be helpful for further teaching activities. I sincerely recommend it both for the beginners, who just start their teaching career and those who want to learn something new and improve their teaching skills. An excellent course, I am so happy I went with the TEFL Academy and got this valuable experience.”
