“Having suffered problems in placing order on the website I emailed the Tape Store and received a speedy response from Ian Johnson who called me and took/processed the order over the phone. The order arrived the following morning. What started off as a frustration was well handled and converted into a positive very quickly. Great service. D Cox the TSK Group.”

“I ordered my tape on a Sunday evening for first class delivery. The following day I received an email from Ian to say that unfortunately they had had a break in and a lot of stock had been stolen. They had however ordered me another tape for delivery on the Thursday. He gave me the option for going for that and having my first class postage refunded or cancelling the order altogether. I went for delivery on Thursday, and was pleasantly surprised to receive it on Wednesday. Alltogether I was well pleased with this company and would use again if need be.”
