“Impressed with the service. After placing the order I was contacted by the company telling me one of the items was out of stock but were waiting on delivery of a new order potentially the next day. I was given other options for a next day delivery, I wasn't desperate and was prepared to wait for two more days, I was impressed the fact I was given options and more so kept in the loop. Delivery of the items were within the time scale. I would recommend the Tape Store. Andrew”

Hi Bernard, many thanks for your review. We really appreciate all feedback and positive feedback is always nice to have! I'm sorry to hear that the battery within your Protimeter Digital Mini was flat. I can assure you that these are in date (there's usually a production date stamped on the bottom/side if you would like to check) - a brand new battery is supplied by the manufacturer with each unit. However, it's possible that there is a bad batch of batteries doing the rounds. I will have a brand new battery sent out to you for delivery in just a few days. “2 Items purchased were great pieces of kit. The items were delivered next working day which was great as I required the use of them the following day. The items were not delivered together. They arrived on two different deliveries. Tape store should inform customers that some products if ordered together will not arrive at the same time. Overall the service was good. Would have been all.stars and a very good rating.”

“Purchased a trumeter digital measuring wheel. I wish it had said that it does not work on grass!!, because of its accuracy (which is very good) any undulations in the ground do not give an accurate measure, it was 2m out over 100m. It was purchased for the sole reason to set out sports pitches. It was used once and will never be used again. Annoying! Service from the Tape store was excellent”
