You mentioned a courier on your order you chose to go with a standard Royal Mail 2nd Class service - we state that this can take 2-4 working days or more. Obviously if it took longer than that we apologise for the delays - Royal Mail can, on occasion, take a bit longer depending on their workload at the time. “I purchased the Fisco BT8ME Big T Tape. Product was very promptly despatched and arrived well packed. The Fisco tape is British made which is a bonus. Used it for the first time yesterday and was impressed with the ruggedness, stop and release function, accuracy as well as the belt holder. All in all an excellent buy. Had a small query which sent by email and was answered very quickly by the Tape Store. Would recommend.”

“Before I placed my order I received excellent advice from knowledgeable people. Had a small issue but it was resolved immediately. The sign of good customer service is how issues, if they occur, are resolved and the Tape Store easily achieve 5 stars with regard customer service. “great products , have had numerous deliveries , but some times the carrier lets you down , last delivery was supposed to have been left with neighbour , no contact was made with neighbour , so I had to collect form depot , a long and time consuming journey , however will still be ordering with you Dale”
