“I purchased the Wilton Bradley Beach Tent UPF 40 Sun Protection Shelter that was on special offer for £9.99...Because who wouldn't? It was an absolute bargain! However, whats even more shocking is that it is a great product tried and tested during this marvellous London heatwave and strong winds. Myself and my children were saved from sunburn in the park at the envy of all the sun-shrivelled passers by. It is lightweight, well packaged, easy to set up, durable, and spacious. I am very thrilled with my purchase and have recommended it to others. Might buy another actually :) Thank you to The Suncare Shop”

“My order, placed on the 30th June, has still not been delivered. I emailed The Suncare Shop on the 5th of July, and am yet to receive a response. Check the DPD tracking id - you'll see it's lost in the ether. Given that I am now on holiday, I'm particularly disappointed to have had to buy all my lotions at the airport, given that I ordered 9 bottles of suntan lotion from The Suncare Shop. I can accept that parcels go missing in transit, but not to respond to client emails is particularly poor practice - an opportunity to rectify the problem now missed...”
