“My order arrived with broken bags done by the transport company, I phoned the Stone and Garden Company just to let them know and they sent another bag of stones the next day to make up for any lost,good product good price.”

“Purchased topsoil for our new garden beds... soil is great quality and is perfect for the job. We also purchased some pebbles for around the yard, pebbles were as described... same size and great quality. Very happy”

“I stumbled upon Stone and Garden and cannot say how pleased I was with the product - grey slate 40 mm for my garden. Just excellent and at the right price. Delivery was as promised by a pleasant and customer friendly delivery driver. It will be good to get an email confirmation as I had to call to confirm my Order but this does not take anything away from the excellent service and simplicity of their process. A well deserved rave review. I highly recommend and will definitely use Stone and Garden again. I also hope that they maintain the price of their products.”

“My delivering arrived a day early with no pr phone call therefore I missed a whole days work the next day, which I had put aside to waiting for the delivery. The driver pulled up to the curb and despite a wide clear drive made no efforts to deliver the stones where i wanted them. The product is fine, but the delivery service was rubbish! I also used the on line calculator for many bags of stones I would need. i ordered one less than suggested and had more than enough!”

“The stone quality and amount for the price is fantastic, we brought the polar white stone in a bulk bag and it was the cheapest we could find and the quality of the stone is faultless, we did have an issue with delivery not stone and gardens fault but down to the haulage company the stone and garden customer service was polite and as helpful as they could be under the circumstances i would recommend they try and find someone else as i have seen they had a few issues in the past with delivery i wouldn't mind paying a bit more for postage with the reassurance i would get it on the day i choose and not the haulage company deciding when they can do it. On i brighter note i will use the stone and garden company again as i said the quality is great and the price even better many thanks stone and garden i will post pics on Facebook when we get back from holiday.”

“The goods were ordered Tuesday to be delivered Thursday. Received a phone call to say they would not be delivered until Friday but I would have my delivery charge refunded. The goods actually arrived the following Tuesday and I am still awaiting the refund of my delivery charge.”
