“Ordered 2 850lbs bags of moonstone chippings. great price plus delivery was tracked with regular updates. Arrived when expected. I would not hesitate to use them again Should the need arise.”

“Can't fault the ordering process, the website is very easy to use and the images give you a rough idea how the stones and how they'll look in a location. The measurements tool was a game changer for me, I totally underestimated how much I'd need but the calculatior on the site was spot on. The stones themselves are good quality and covered my crappy old drive perfect and look amazing. Only moan is that the stones could only be dropped on the kird and not on my drive, I ordered 6 tons, so it was a massive task shovelling them a meter or 2. Apart from that I'd definitely use this company again”

Hi Michael, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a great review, I'm glad you were happy with the Polar White you ordered (I can see you've also left a product review, the photos look great!). We always say it's best to use the measurement checker so that it can guide you on how many bags you'd need as a minimum (so you don't over-order and end up with lots of excess gravel!) I'm sorry the driver not being able to leave the bulk bags on your drive has impacted the overall score you've left for us, as we outsource the deliveries it's at the driver's discretion to leave the pallets anywhere other than kerbside due to H&S (as this is what we're insured for, not to come onto your property) I do understand it'd be frustrating to wheelbarrow/handball them from the kerbside. “Really easy to order on line. I was kept in touch about delivery times leading up to the delivery date. Very polite delivery driver, asked where I wanted the delivery placing. I ordered the Alpine blue and white mix in the bulk bag and they look amazing in my back garden and under my front window. I am really pleased with my overall experience of the company and the quality of the product. I will definitely recommend to others and use you again should I need anything else.”

“I have no problems with the quality of the stones and the communication from the company prior to delivery. Unfortunately my experience after that was not so good. Delivery company driver reversed into my gate post destroying it and I have not yet had any resolution of this and very poor communication with the delivery company.”

Hi Andrew, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, I'm sorry for the damage caused by the delivery driver. I've checked your order and can't see any notes about it, as we outsource the deliveries to a third-party haulier we don't get notified 100% of the time about any issues until our customers are contacting us. I will contact Hastings Freight and ask them to speak to the delivery depot for your area and ask them to contact you to resolve the issue. If you could also for our records email us some photos of the damage to sales@stoneandgarden.co I'd be grateful. I'm sorry through the fault of the delivery depot this has impacted the overall score you've left for us but I am happy you're pleased with the actual Cotswold chippings you've purchased. “I spoke to Stone & Garden to clarify the Cotswold Stone size and they informed me I had to place the order via the website. The order was easy to place. I placed the order on the Monday and the stones arrived in the Wednesday. I was informed by both email & text of the 2 hour delivery slot. The stones arrived on time in a bulk bag on a pallet. The stones were ideal, a good size and around 30 pieces totalling 800kg. Great customer service, quick delivery and stones were within the specification provided”

“Excellent efficient company to deal with delivery man always goes the extra mile to ensure he gets the order to us despite having to work around blockages made by neighbours. Product arrives when requested within a defined slot. Highly recommended.”

“My experience with the company this time was great. Even though the delivery could not be made on the scheduled date, I was contacted by the courier with apologies and they explained the situation with their drivers, delivery was then made promptly the following day. The stones are great and just what I ordered. Will definitely buy again from the company.”

“Stones are good quality and have compacted well but we ordered black basalt and got a medium grey colour”
