“I have given 5 stars to Stone and Garden because I was very satisfied with the product ordered. I was however really unhappy with Palletways delivery. The delivery driver wouldn’t speak or acknowledge anything said to him which was very upsetting for my 87 year old husband. This is the worst delivery experience we have ever had”

Hi Beverley, Thank you for leaving us a review about your order, we appreciate that although you had a negative experience with the delivery driver you gave us Stone & Garden 5 stars, I have passed on your feedback to the haulier to speak to the delivery depot about the driver so sorry for the experience you had, we hope that this wouldn't stop you from ordering from us in future as the depots will have several drivers and we love to see returning customers. “Order was delivered as required with an update on the day of delivery of E. T. A. Qaulity of the product was as decided. Driver was also helpful in getting the pallet (1 tonne) as close to property front door.”

“Received 3 bulk bags of 20mm dove grey stone on Friday as requested. Excellent service from the quality of the stone to the driver who delivered it. Very good company to deal with. I would definitely use again and recommend to all my friends and family.”

“Very good service. delivered on time by very helpful driver who managed to get pallets onto my drive. Pebbles of very good quality and generous bag size. Good value as well, £20 a bag less than other companies sells simular product. Firsr class seller.”
