“I ordered a bulk bag of plumb slate on tuesday online, i was called on thursday to check it was ok to deliver on friday to which i said yes and got my mum to stay at my house all day friday to take delivery and i also booked the day off work saturday to do the job. When i got home from work on friday NO SLATE, i called the number that called me and was told it was not there area and they gave me another number which i tried calling but no answer [ANNOYED] Come monday morning i called the online number and was told they were really sorry and it would be with me that morning, one hour later i received another call more sorry`s and promised it would be with me that day, at about 1.30pm another call more apologies and would it be ok to deliver it first thing the following morning at which point i asked if they could throw on a few small bags for my trouble NO was the answer, it finally arrived midday the following day. RUBBISH SERVICE”

“I was a bit disappointed as we waited in all day for our delivery, taking the day off, but it didn't turn up and then had to wait till Monday. The actual granite was nice and am pleased with it. But would have liked to be informed if the delivery weren't going to come.”

“Great product and delivery driver really helpful”

“The slate I purchased was just what I wanted, however your delivery leaves a lot to be desired. as the primary supplier the responsibility is yours to ensure I get my goods on the specified delivery day. I wasted a complete day waiting for the carrier to deliver my slate, only the be told it was arriving between 6.30 and 7.00 pm that day. It didn't arrive of course. Nobody contacted me the next day and without warning a carrier arrived with my slate. The driver knew nothing about the previous days saga. What a way to run a company, you and the carriers are absolutely useless and I wasted a complete day at your expense. I have asked for some reimbursement but that has been typically ignored. “The Company and delivery was great but I am afraid the stones, which we were hoping would be bright and very white are more grey and really not delivering the look we were hoping for. Thanks to Stone and Garden for their customer experience but a shame about the product”

“I was VERY impressed by the service I was given. Stones came when I was told they would, and the courier phoned beforehand to say he would be with me..and turned up when he said he would. Staff and courier very polite at all times. Stones are exactly what we wanted and very impressed with them....we will be placing another order in next week for more!! Great value for money and would definitely recommend your company!!”

“Pros: very good product at a competitive price. Delivery driver very helpful and phoned half hour before delivery. Cons: did not receive an automatic confirmation of my order, had to ring through to make sure order received. Delivery between 9.00 and 17.00 a big window necessitates taking whole day off.”
