“Excellent in every way. The ordering process was easy to follow. The stones were exactly as expected and have been used as a base for a Mediterranean-themed garden. I have gardened for over 40 years and have decided to streamline so I can enjoy the garden rather than the gardening. We have lots of large old pots and am using them to plant less time-consuming plants, 2 olive trees have just gone in. The white stones are lovely, we have used them elsewhere in the garden and quite close to a hot tub. Delivery was notified and adjusted to our needs. The delivery man was very helpful and able to put the stones on our drive.”

“This company was fantastic from start to finish the lady on the phone that helped me was Jacqui she was so helpful and friendly had to put order on hold for one week due to bad weather Jacqui was fantastic rebooked then we had three bags over wasn’t a problem company would come and collect excellent service thank you”

“Got fobbed of with limestone when we wanted and paid for Cotswold chippings and yes I do know the difference.”

Hi Sam, We're sorry you weren't happy with your gravel, I have added the feedback to your order as I can't see any emails/calls in regarding this. Cotswold Chippings are made out of limestone that does give them a natural cream colour and the name Cotswold is commonly used by aggregate suppliers. We appreciate your feedback. Jacqui

“ORDERING THE STONES WAS VERY EASY AND THE INFORMATION PROVIDED WAS VERY GOOD, I ORDERED 2 X 850KG OF DOVE GREY STONES WHICH I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE DELIVERY WAS A DIFFERENT MATTER, I RECEIVED A VERY EARLY MORNING TEXT TO SAY THEY WERE DELIVERING IN THE NEXT HOUR, THIS WAS A DAY EARLIER THAN I WAS TOLD, CONSIDERING THE DELIVERY WAS TO MY DAUGHTERS ADDRESS I HAD TO MAKE SOME QUICK PHONE CALLS TO SORT IT OUT. I ALSO ASKED THE DRIVER TO PUT ON DRIVE BUT WHEN I ARRIVED HE HAD DROPPED THE BAGS ON THE FOOTPATH”

Morning Brian, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a 5 star review! I'm glad you're happy with the Dove Grey you've ordered for your daughter. When the gravel has been laid we'd love to see some photos of it if you'd be happy to share these with us? (our email address is sales@stoneandgarden.co). With regards to the delivery depot I will pass on your feedback to them for you, I'm assuming the warehouse would have had high freight levels hence getting your delivery out a day earlier than anticipated but what could have been helpful would have been a quick call to ask if you'd be able to accept it a day early, you also must have been one of the drivers 1st stops to get the text and then it arrive within an hour as it's normally a 2hr ETA you get. We (& the delivery company) are only insured for kerbside delivery and for it to be left anywhere else this is at drivers digression so I am sorry they weren't able to leave this on the driveway if it was a hard, flat surface. “This company is excellent. The stones are really good quality with minimal dust debris. We had two bulk bags of blossom and the stones are getting lots of compliments. Delivery was on time, and after a quick hose down after they were laid it looks superb!”
