Thank you for taking the time to leave a review Andrew, we welcome feedback from customers whether it be positive or negative. Apologies once again the delivery depot weren't able to safely deliver to your address on a 18T or smaller 7.5T tail-lift vehicle (following your alternative directions to approach your property). If the driver considers your access unsuitable for whatever reason they are within their rights to refuse to unload the pallet(s) or leave it as near as possible to the required destination.

“Absolutely spot on service from beginning to delivery, friendly helpful staff through to the delivery driver. There are still good companies out there. Price couldn’t be beaten, really good value. Would definitely use again in my next project, just need to start one now. Have recommended to friends and family”

“Fantastic experience ordered direct online booked in day and was called 15 minutes before arrival gave driver location I wanted the stones and he put it exactly where asked Fantastic service there stones look incredible especially when caught in light will be ordering an additional bag to complete back garden later in year”

“I have used the stone & garden company before, they were good to deal with for our garden projects. Reasonably priced and delivered on the day chosen. I would have given 5 stars, but the person who delivered it dropped the stones off at the bottom of our drive, so I had to drive round it to park up, luckily the neighbours didn’t park their cars at the bottom. It also meant we had to make more trips to the pile with our wheelbarrow.”
