“Completely useless, total waste of time. I placed an order for a Father’s Day gift and paid extra for Saturday delivery. It never arrived, I have emailed several times to chase my order. 10 days later and still no sign of my order. Really disappointed.”

“I have to say I've not been impressed. I ordered a pair of shorts and was charged more than the advertised fee on the payment screen. Over 2 weeks have passed and I still have not received my shorts. 3 emails later and I've not had a single reply. Starting to think this company is not legit and I have been scammed. Will be reporting this in the morning.”

“Great Shirts, dreadful customer service! After waiting 3 weeks for a shirt to be delivered, they sent the wrong one. I have returned the shirt for an exchange for the correct one, am still waiting after 2 1/2 months. I have sent half a dozen emails that have not been answered. Even allowing for Covid 19, if they can say they have despatched a new order after 2days they can certainly answer emails and should process returns!”
