“terrible experience, I ordered a tie and a shirt, the tie for a wedding so paid the fast delivery of £9.00 I was sent the shirt but no tie, no email or contact regarding the item which was the only reason I placed the order, and paid extra for fast delivery. I've tried all of the telephone numbers I can find for the company and no one answers. Have sent emails and no one answers. This is disgusting. Premium price and poor service”

“I am not very happy with my experience with this company. Even though they have great shirts. The customer service is non existence. I bought 4 shirts and one of the shirts was completely what I did not order at All. I tried to contact the customer service via email and phone to express my dissatisfaction but did not get any response. I eventually gave up. Not good enough for an online business.”

“I was very disappointed in the condition of the shirt when it arrived, I have ordered numerous Claudio Lugli shirts from other retailers and they have always arrived packaged and in pristine condition, this shirt arrived unpackaged just stuffed in the postal bag, it was so creased it looked like it had either been worn or I’d received what had been someone else’s return item. I had to steam it before wrapping to give as a Christmas gift. To add insult I paid £79.99. (less 10% for signing to news letter) however there was a price sticker on the sales tag on the shirt showing a price of £69.99. I was a new customer to The Shirt Store but won’t be purchasing from you again.”

“I ordered the shirt for my partner for his birthday. Ordered on the Friday paying £9 for next day delivery - it was delivered the following Tuesday. The shirt is lovely. However, it looked as though it had been tried on already and then refolded but not very successfully and not in tissue or cellophane. Had it been pristine I would have given 5 stars. Nevertheless my partner is very pleased with it.”
