“The process of ordering and receiving my rug was extremely straightforward. It arrived only a few days after I ordered it, even during the COVID situation. The rug looked exactly as it did on the website and therefore suits my lounge perfectly. The company sent an e-mail the day after delivery to check the rug had been received OK. A very positive experience. I would definitely buy from The Rugs Warehouse again.”

“Very pleased with the service from The Rugs Warehouse, my first rug came within 2 days, unfortunately it was too small, but there was no problem calling and switching for a larger size, they arranged a new delivery and picked up the other rug from me, no arranging returns/printing labels etc for me to do, so easy, would definitely use for any future purchases and will be recommending to friends and family, thank you 😊”
