“The process of ordering and receiving my rug was extremely straightforward. It arrived only a few days after I ordered it, even during the COVID situation. The rug looked exactly as it did on the website and therefore suits my lounge perfectly. The company sent an e-mail the day after delivery to check the rug had been received OK.
