“Before ordering, I was able to speak to a person on the phone (yes, a real person!) to check the item was in stock. I ordered that day (Friday), it was despatched immediately and I received it on Saturday! The rug is gorgeous, very large pure sheepskin, very high quality and at a sensible price.
