“Decent web site; wide range of rugs; when I rang for more information the person I spoke with had a good product knowledge, was polite, patient and very helpful. The order process was easy and the rug arrived well within two weeks. The product is as shown on the website. All in all a great service.”

“Your website was very helpful and I was impressed by how quickly our carpet arrived upon ordering. I love the colour and design, but we are having trouble keeping the rug flat. We have put it on a carpet in a bedroom and there always seems to be a bump raised somewhere on the rug. Any practical suggestions you can offer to counter this would be very helpful.”
