“Great quality rugs, look and feel more expensive, fast delivery. I was finding it difficult to find two matching hall runners in different lengths for an L shaped hall,, so many to choose from here. A small problem with one rug was dealt with very efficiently, a replacement was sent out within a few days and I was kept informed, I can't fault the customer service team. I would definitely recommend this company.”

“It took the maximum stated time for the rug to be dispatched which was a bit disappointing to start with - there was no contact between ordering and dispatch either. But more importantly the rug itself is poor quality. I bought the Bravi beige wool rug 2 months ago and it’s a mess already. It is not subjected to any excessive or unusual stress, just the occasional hoover - we even try not to walk on it where possible. We have a 10 month old who crawls on it a little bit but it’s not like she has claws. Yet the thing is fraying everywhere, with loads of little bundles of loose wool that our baby gets covered in when she goes on it. It looks SO scruffy. I would avoid this rug if you’re thinking of getting it. Shame I can’t return it as it’s beyond 30 days - but it took slightly longer than that for me to realise how scruffy it was beginning to look.”
