“It's not the first time we have bought rugs from them. This time we spent a sizable amount of money and were a little Concerned . Dispite the time it took to be delivered due to Covid (it was being imported from abroad) we were kept informed. It finally arrived this week and we are delighted with it. If we need anything else, this company will be our first port of call.”

“Delivery arrangements are rather lax. The rug was not delivered at the arranged time, and if our property had been on a main road would have been in full view as it was propped up against the front door. We were home at the arranged delivery time. I appreciate this was not your fault.”

“Overall, pleased with my two matching wool runners. The overall look is great, though they were more lightweight than I hoped. Soft feel under foot and well made. Warning, the runners are not the exact dimensions and vary in length. One runner was 10 cm shorter than 245cm and the other was 10cm longer than 245cm. Only an issue if dealing with tight margins. Reasonable value for money and speedy delivery”
