“I bought a beautiful rug from Rugs Warehouse. I had placed my order and changed my mind on the colour I wanted and it is was no issue to change. They got back to me straight away and checked I was happy with everything and to make sure my rug was delivered. The customer service was spot on. I would not hesitate in buying from them again 10 out of 10!”
