“Amazing glasses and really good quality! Rainbow FX emailed me to let me know my order would be late and offered me the choice of choosing a different pair or waiting. I waited and got loads of freebies too, thank you??”

“The delivery was prompt and the goods are better than expected. I had previously tested a pair of diffraction glasses from another company. But the ones that Rainbow are selling are superior! Bonus points for the cute message on the delivery note.”

“When I saw that the product I wanted was out of stock I called the phone number available on the contact us page. I think it was a Sunday but my call was answered by a nice gentleman who offered to email me when the product was back in stock. A week or so later I got the email and went on to complete my order. It felt great to have such timely responses from this business and although I'm yet to try the glasses out yet (Christmas I am very satisfied with the great service I received. Thank you!”

“Quite literally, the nicest retailer of anything that has ever existed! There was a handwritten note inside WITH MY NAME ON IT! I never leave reviews but they absolutely deserve 5-stars! I am absolutely one satisfied customer (see pic)”

“every section of this purchase was perfect, from selection of the item to receiving them, and the highlight was the hand written note, just shows a little more care and willing from the company! “The glasses arrived right on time and the quality is good as expected. Unfortunately they didn't have the exact type that I wanted, but they gave me slightly tinted version instead (which are just as good, and are better if you're outside), and compensated with lots of small freebies, which was very nice. 10/10 would recommend!”
