“Over the moon with my Kleidoscope glasses, and I can't wait to try them out at Bestival this week! The package arrived on time, and all my items were packaged neatly in the box. I loved the little personalisation note that came with my stuff, as well as the little freebies (I've been wearing my glo fx band ever since I got it). It would seem that on this occasion we were let down by our courier, we did despatch them on time and via a guaranteed next working day postal service. After speaking with you and reviewing the tracking information I have refunded all of your postage costs as compensation for the late delivery.
