“The Website was down as I wanted to order so I contacted the customers service. The guy was very friendly and managed to get the website back on track. The glasses came just in time and were the absolute most fabulous gadget you can have at a festival!! Thanks so much guys for this wonderful idea!!! The glasses have good qualitY and are like sunglasses. The only a bit negative thing is that the kaleidoscope glasses I got have been too big for my head, everything else is great :)”

“Amazing product as ever. Purchased from a few different companies, effect was powerful, frame was strong. A personal hand written note was wrote on my packing slip wishing me to enjoy my glasses and an awesome day with a doodle. I have only just looked found this 2 weeks since receiving my glasses and a week after the festival I used it at, was a really nice personal touch and inspired me to write this review. Will definitely be using GloFX again. Well done lads and ladies.”

Dear Ettore, Thanks very much for your recent purchase. We have previously discussed this issue, the reason you did not receive your glasses is because when you entered your address on our website your did not provide your house number, the postman was unable to deliver your items with the delivery information that you provided. We have since sent the glasses out to you again with the correct address details as provided by you, I am glad that this issue has now been resolved, enjoy your new glasses! Best regards, Dan

“I love the standard pair of diffraction glasses I bought. The kaleidoscope pair are however not worth buying as they make your head hurt and make you feel ill. Delivery was quick and there was a nice note inside though”

“I received Everything in the order and some extra things like the wrist band, key ring light and some paper glasses and a sticker. I also like the letter I received with the funny face that had been drawed. But I do have a small issue with one of the sunglasses I order the lense are a golden mirror colour and due to the mirror effect I didn't know that the lense would be grey I thought that they would be more clear, it's abit difficult to see.”
