We're sorry to hear you weren't completely satisfied with your purchase, 95% of our customers do think our products are good value as proven by our other customer reviews. I suppose that you may have just picked a pair that wasn't right for you! Also I notice that you chose the most expensive guaranteed fast delivery option, if you had ordered a couple of days earlier you could have saved a few quid. We do offer a refund policy which we will be happy to extend to you so long as the glasses are in the as sold from factory condition. Many thanks again.

“Really nice to purchase from, receipt was personalised with some nice drawings and had a few business cards and leaflets included! Glasses feel sturdy and work really well. Great price too. Really happy and would recommend purchasing from these guys!”

“The glasses are good fun, the only issue is that they are not terribly strong, especially since I take them to nights out and festivals. I'd rather they were built with more resilience and a protective layer on the lenses as the surface appears to rub off after a few uses. They are enjoyable though but I'd pay more for a studier pair. Hi Max, thanks so much for your recent purchase and for taking the time to leave us some feedback. I will try to reach out to you via email to make sure that you are not cleaning the glasses improperly. Diffraction glasses lenses are a bit more delicate that other glasses due to the use of diffraction gratings in the lens which creates the effect. We suggest only cleaning them with a microfiber cloth and water as the grating lines can get filled with muck which can lessen the effect. As for the frames, we stand by them as being very high quality. Many thanks, Dan

“The products are fantastic, I've ordered three times and I'll probably place more in future. The customer service is exemplary; I had an issue with a battery pack in an order being defective, and I emailed them. They replied about 10 minutes later and offered to replace it. They were just very kind and you can tell they really value their customers. If any of my friends want glasses I always tell them to get them here. Top service!”

“I love my new goggles, the kaleidoscope affect is amazing and they even came in a cloth bag for storage. Delivery was quick and RainbowFX included some disposable paper glasses too! Overall excellent service, I'll definitely order again.”

“When I thought my order was potentially not going to come on time, they were very helpful in what i could do to ensure I received my package before heading off to Glastonbury (tomorrow). “Bought the ultimate diffraction glasses and paper defraction glasses on a couple of occassions - absolutely brilliant at a festival, great fun.
