“Ordered the item and paid but unfortunately informed thereafter out of stock and therefore a delay in delivery. However the product was delivered within the original timeframe. This was appreciated as it was intended to be given by me to a biker from Holland passing through my home village.”

“I’m really disappointed. I ordered a filter to my car and it didn’t arrive. I tried to check where is my filter and no one bothered to help me, and I just felt that my money was stolen. I tried to contact pipercross several times but no response. Hope no one gets scammed like me”

“I ordered a part for my car which was out of stock, this company was able to identify an alternative part and made immediate contact to offer me this alternative which I accepted. They invoiced efficiency and communication was spot on. The part came as promised on time. Very highly rated. Thanks very much 1 more happy customer. 😀”

“Brilliant product, if I switch my car. The first thing I do is have a full service and replace the rubbish paper filter with a "Pipercross foam filter" You will notice the difference in performance immediately. Acceleration is quicker and you will get better MPG. Best of all you only buy this filter once, saving between £25 to £50 every year on filter replacement. Remove your Pipercross foam filter, wash it in soapy warm water, dry then put it back into the filter housing. Next year repeat at no extra cost. "Work smart, not hard"”
