My experience wasn't the best my order was wrong I tried to explain this, but was told to read the invoice. I felt this was really not the most ideal way to address this. The products were well made and arrived at a reasonable time. I am sure I will use the other product eventually I just didn't really want to spend extra money to get what I ordered.

Bought some bits, screen froze - just a circle going round & round. So I aborted the purchase, closed & reopend the browser & re-ordered. Then I was informed I'd purchased twice & was being charged accordingly! An immediate email to Pi Hut & I'm informed they are unable to cancel the second order, I'll have to return the goods. So I did, at a cost of >£4. I have to say I'm a bit miffed.

Very fast shipping, really fast delivery... but limited descriptions on the website, for example which accessory is compatible with which Pi. For a company that mainly sells just one product ecosystem it shouldn't be too hard to add a compatibly list to items, to reduce customers purchasing the wrong item, all hassle with returns or just to keep customer retention.

The data sheet for the white LED I purchased was for the coloured version. Still waiting for information on the device supplied.

I like the variety of things available! But I didn’t find the search function to be very good. It was difficult to find what I needed even if it was available. For an e-commerce site I’d say this should be a top priority!

The Raspberry Pi I ordered is great and the accessories. However my recent wave share relay was quite honestly horrible to work with. I spent 12 hours trying to make it talk but I think there's something wrong with the configuration tools they provide or the actual firmware. I've returned it with a no quibble return which is great. I'll be avoiding that brand however.

The POE splitter product is good, the price is ok. Delivery was quick. But it wasn't a good experience. I had a requirement that wasn't covered in the product description or specifications. So I contacted your customer service to ask if the product would meet my requirements. This wasn't handled well. My requirement was to have a POE Ethernet splitter that provided pass-through Poe power to the output Ethernet male connector. It's to power a Poe camera. But I need a 5v usb output as well. So I asked your representative if the product met my requirements. Unfortunately I don't think she read my enquiry, as she didn't answer it. She just kept repeating that it had a usb plug and an Ethernet plug. Information that was already in the product description. So I asked again but she just repeated the same unsatisfactory reply. If she just said "I don't know, sorry", I would have accepted that. So I replied saying that I was disappointed that my enquiry wasn't really responded to. Then I heard nothing more. So I bought the product and it does not meet my requirements. It does not pass through POE to the Ethernet male connector. To help with any future enquiries, I wrote to your CS person to inform her and I suggested the information could be added to the product description. No response. I've been a customer for many years and you are my go-to supplier. Usually excellent. But on this occasion I was quite disappointed. It made me feel like a nuisance to be brushed off and then ignored. I ended up with an unsuitable product, although I think I have got a work-around by spending quite a lot on other products to give me what I need..

I am very happy with the items purchased from The Pi Hut. Everything arrived in good time and was well packed. The only problem I had was they did not have all the items I needed so I had to look elsewhere. Also I found some items cheaper at other online retailers. Overall I would recommend The Pi Hut as the service is very professional.

The buttons came well packaged. I did unfortunately have bent pins on my Sanwa JLF lever that I had to rebend myself to make the wire fit.

All of the items I ordered were delivered as requested. In this sense the order was perfect. However it is dissapointing that a company dedicated to RPi would not have been able to advise prior to taking money and shipping that two of the items in my shopping list were incompatible (HatDrive! PoE+ and the KKSB Raspberry Pi 5 Case for HATs, NVMe HATs and Coolers). The need for a functional system ASAP overtook the desire for it to look pretty so I cut the end off the case (which also resulted in losing the flexible part that hits the power button) and I have my system up and running, but really? A case made for HATs that doesn't fit one of the most useful HATs out there? And this wasn't mentioned anywhere on a specialists website? Pffft. Further compounding the disappointment was the arrival of an email inviting a review. It is not the request for a review that is annoying, but the sending from a no-reply email address. I'm getting old, but issuing missives with no right of reply is just plain rude in my opinion. I would far rather have aired my views through correspondence and am doing so here if only to prove the point that when you make it possible for people to talk directly to you, you reduce the risk of receiving less than impressive feedback in public. Grumble, grumble, harumph. But actually, you could do better.

A mixed bag. The service was very prompt and excellent. The case for the pi zero wh I bought was good quality but you can’t fit a a cable connector onto the GPIO pins. I thought maybe put is longer risers but then the sides of the case would not stay in place. The camera module does not get recognised if I to use the cable extender I ordered, it could be a cable issue. A problem for another day. I do think the issues could be avoided with more detailed information being available on the website before you order to make sure you can get the best combination of parts to work together.

This is my second cm5 io board as I damaged the cooler fan connector, pin bent then snapped off so rendering the board usless as the active cooler is required just to watch YouTube, never in running any AI models. It arrived promptly, well I did pay £3.50 for the previlage.

the trouble was that the technical drawing that was supplied with the item dinn't match the the shaft size of the item it's self so i was a bit confused 😕 so be careful when ordering something electrical i think that they have remove the technical drawing and are watting for a new one from the suppliers ??

I requested to be notified when the Pi500 kit came into stock. An email did arrive TWO WEEKS after I had already spotted it myself. Not great. The kit was shipped promptly, but the box cover was ripped when I opened the outer box. Overall fine, but not the best customer experience.

Love the Pi Hut and it's one of the few sources I trust to be confident I am receiving genuine RPis. My only complaint would be postage. When I need a single Pico or Zero in a hurry and I'm paying getting on for 4 quid on a sub £20 order that's just too much, and there's nothing special about the delivery, it's just RM snail mail. In these days of free next day Amazon deliveries I think other retailers do need to improve their delivery offerings.

I ordered a new Raspberry Pi 500 for Christmas but a Raspberry Pi Keyboard / Hub arrived instead. I had to return this free of charge and after they had received it, a Pi 500 was sent to correct the mistake. But it made a disappointing Christmas present for my friend and an embarrassment for me when we couldn't figure out where to insert the mini HDMI cable! I requested a Raspberry Pi mouse (value 7.50) as compensation and this was declined.
