“The items I bought were for a present so I cant comment on those but I made a mistake with the order and the Pi Hut's Customer Service team responded quickly to my enquiry and resolved it within seconds - refunding the unncessary second lot of P&P that was entirely due to my mistake.”

“I had been using my Raspberry Pi 5 with an old keyboard and mose reclaimed from a Windows 98 era desktop which had been fitted with USB adaptors to connect to more recent computers. It worked but was big and clunky. I decided to buy the official Pi keyboard and mouse. I got the black one rather than the red & white as my Pi is in the black case so it matches. It's a nice little set up, works well, very positive keys and mouse positioning so very pleased with it. I also had an old monitor which had VGA video so I bought an adaptor for that as well. The adaptor said it was for Pi3 and not later versions, - but only because it has a full sized HDMI plug and not the small one. This was easily put right with a short adaptor cable. The nice thing about the adaptor is it has an audio extractor with a 3.5mm socket. This is great because the new Pi 5 doesn't have such a socket so the only way to get sound from it is eaither by Bluetooth speakers / headphones or by using an HDMI sound connection on a monitor. The audio extractor allows the use of old wired speakers and headphones which is really nice.”

“Excellent service provided. I had an issue with the checkout process and at one point it looked as if I might have placed multiple orders. I received a prompt reply to my email requesting that the order and payment records were checked to ensure all was correct. It was and my order turned up on my doorstep Tuesday morning after being placed in the early hours of Sunday.”

“I was having trouble buying buck converters as a 15 year old who has little engineering experience or skills and when I brought my last one it set in fire because of the lack in quality but when I ordered off pihut I found that it worked perfectly and I was able to fully use my other components I had already brought.”
