“I bought the USB keep alive gizmo in the hope it would allow my WSPR (Weak Signal Propigation Reporter) transmitter to keep working when it goes quiescent. Normally the power brick shuts down and as I need the small transmitter to work continuously (1 minute on, 5 minutes off) for a couple of weeks at a time, this keep alive board seemed like the perfect answer. Indeed it is. Worked perfectly from the get-go and I am over the moon with it. I suspect plenty of radio amateurs will find it very useful.”
