“Goods arrived on very quickly and well packed 5 Stars. I opened steel case first took out all the screws to gain access but didn't check the sealed bag inside the box. Put my new Pi 5 in the box fits like a glove, added cooling fan, foutnd the 40 pin header extension all going well. Unpacked the new pi Amp+ installed on header ..all still going well..Put lid on box looked at my handy-work and thought...where are the speaker plugs? Looked more closely at the DAC board and realised that there are no speaker sockets for a speaker plug to plug into.....0 Stars....”

“Ordered Sunday, wasnt dispatched until Tuesday, when I asked why I was reffered to the small print about delays when new product launches were happening, how is the customer supposed to know when there is a new product launch going on?! I needed the product for the Friday so plenty of time, when I submitted a ticket to say it hadnt arrived, rather than provide a solution (like sending another for next day delivery) I just got a "it should be there soon" type responce. It arrived the following Tuesday, so 9 days after ordering it and 4 days after when I needed it for so sent it back for a refund, so now £4 out of pocket from the experience. Im sure the argument is that they cant be accountable for the postal service they choose to use..but why should I. There were other options for them to get what I wanted on time but they chose not to explore those options.”

“The advent Pi comes in well designed and attractive packaging and the equipment similarly looks well engineered. As it's a gift, I have not seen it assembled and working, but I suspect I'll be back for one of my own.”
