“Thank you for a generally good delivery of all my purchased items. Note, when I made the two separate orders on 29 Nov 2024, I was of course charged the shipping cost for each order (i.e. £3.90 x 2 = £7.80). However, on 5 Dec 2024, both orders were conveniently delivered altogether in one shipping, one package, one box. Thus I was indirectly overcharged £3.90 for unused shipping, which should be refunded rightfully to me. I would appreciate your cooperation in this matter.”

“Ease of ordering first class. Product quality first class. Was bought for a pi5 with cooler unit and SSD but doesn't seem intuitive to fit. No instructions included so I'm still working it out.”

“I have absolutely no knowledge of a Rasberry Pi but ordered this for my husband for Christmas and we both like to support small businesses. This is an upgrade on an older model he had previously but have no doubt he will spend many more hours in his study working with this new addition lol.”

“The Pi Hut are among my favourtie vendors for a couple of reasons: - They aggregate a lot of maker supplies, for robot projects, Raspberry Pi, Arduino, ESP and other ecosystems. - They aggregate from multiple manufacturer/vendors - Pimoroni, Adafruit, Sparkfun, Cytron, DFrobot as well as Raspberry Pi and Espressif. - They've delivered quickly, and not let me down. - I've not receied a faulty item, despite ordering from them for years. - They are reasonably priced against the market. - They have pretty good product doucmentation, good for consulting. If I had any feedback: - I'd love to see more general maker hardware like brackets or boltable construction parts. - I'd love to see a way to construct a shareble BoM so other people can copy my builds.”
