“As a resource for hobby programmers and builders the Pi Hut is a shadow of its former self. It used to provide really good tutorials and test programmes with most of the kit it provides. Now it tends not to. The breakbeam detector I've just purchased is a case study. No real help on how to use it linked to the sale page and yet they have a pretty good tutorial attached to one of their advent calendars. Sales pages are not always found by quoting the part number but it is only the part number that is given in the packing. Am I the only one who comes across a little plastic bag with a component in it and wonder what I bought months ago and how to use it? Delivery turnround is still excellent.”

“The product is absolutely fantastic and the delivery and customer service are also fantastic, I'm really enjoying playing around with it and it's also got my children interested which is a bonus. Overall extremely satisfied and I've already got future projects in mind for other products.”

“First time purchasing soething from ThePiHut. SImple process with items shipped promptly and well packaged. Will definitely be back for more. Ordered on a Friday night so delivery was not "next day" but that was to be expected. Whether prices were for "Black Friday" or not I save on the prices that I thought I would pay.”

“Top service as always. Always looked after by The Pi Hut, going above and beyond even if something goes wrong that isn't their fault. I notified them of an issue with how a package was delivered by Royal Mail so they could keep an eye on things from their end, and despite it being a fault with Royal Mail, they refunded my shipping costs for the order, and passed information & evidence I provided from the problematic delivery onto their Royal Mail contact. Top service, top quality items. What more could you want.”

“Thank you for a generally good delivery of all my purchased items. Note, when I made the two separate orders on 29 Nov 2024, I was of course charged the shipping cost for each order (i.e. £3.90 x 2 = £7.80). However, on 5 Dec 2024, both orders were conveniently delivered altogether in one shipping, one package, one box. Thus I was indirectly overcharged £3.90 for unused shipping, which should be refunded rightfully to me. I would appreciate your cooperation in this matter.”
