“It's been a while since I last ordered from The Pi Hut but they never disappoint. The ordering process is easy, accessible on mobile devices, prices are highly competitive and communication is excellent. I was kept informed as to the progress and tracked delivery of my order, despite being relatively small. “Looking back, my first order from The PiHut was actually 2019. They've always dispatched quickly and the web site has been great for working out which extras are compatible, like cases, etc. The few occasions that I've had to contact support, they've communicated well and in a timely manner. The five stars are well deserved.”

“Very poor service. My account had my old address, so I corrected the address on the web page and ordered my item. The order confirmation arrived with the old address so I contacted them immediaytely. All of this took less than 10 minutes. The response was that it will have been picked and shipped already and it will go to my old address, if whoever is there now returns it then I will get a refund. Fortunately it was a cheap item so if I never see the refund its a small loss. But since it appears to be a fault in their system the attitude was appalling.”
