“Always a great experience ordering from the Pi Hut, and the descriptions are very informative. There is a lot of plastic waste in the packaging though, with every item (even in multiples of the same item) in their own plastic bag (although I appreciate why this on the distribution end).”

“I ordered 4 items, but only 3 were delivered, and I could only use 2 of those - not great for my first PiHut order. The item that was not delieved was out of stock (though was showing as in stock when I ordered it). For the item that was delivered and which I could not use, I raised a very simple query (along the lines of, are two connectors compatible with each other) prior to the order but the person who responded to my query could not answer the query and it seems was too lazy to try and find out the answer (e.g. by opening a packet and checking), so I orded the item speculatively, and unfortulately it turned out to be the wrong part. If the person responding to queries had some very basic knowledge of the products being sold and/or a little bit of motivation to help then this would not have happened.”

“I was surprised by just how low the prices are compared to the same products sourced elsewhere along with the sheer amount of available products across so many different Pi projects. This meant i found most of what i needed to complete my own Pi project all in one place for a good price. Shipping was also swift, with the products well packaged and protected, all arriving in perfect condition. Overall a very good experience with The Pi Hut. “I ordered and received a Pi500 with desktop kit and a new 15.6inch screen with a plug. The product is so popular, I had to wait but not for long. I've set it all up and it's as good as the reviews in the media show it to be and I'm very happy with it. I know nearly nothing about Linux and even less so with programming but I'm going to lean as I go along with the many resources available.”
