Hi Jason There is a charge for using PayPal because the charges are so high for us to processes a deposit via PayPal. We have only passed on a small part of that cost. I would highlight that there are many other FREE to use, deposit mechanisms, such as Card or the Bank transfers with Trustly etc as well as the e-wallet solutions like Skrill, Paysafe and Neteller. Regarding withdrawal fees: Its £1 because we process withdrawals instantly and we have to use a faster payment route in order to get the funds back to you as fast as possible (usually within a matter of minutes). The alternative is to wait up to 5 working days. As a result - so that's fair to everyone, and because it costs us much more we added a small processing fee to help cover some of the costs of the faster processing. We also offer better value because we offer no playthrough or conditions attached to amounts won from free spins or free bonuses. All of the rewards are real cash. “I am very disenchanted with the site, endless glitches where I continually get logged out and endlessly have to log in again. Then I can't make payments because of endless glitches and I end up wondering if my debit card has been blocked for repeatedly trying to deposit funds. I bought tickets for the Wonga Emporium game thinking that it would help me to increase my score when this is not the case and you never win anything from playing with bought tickets but you don't find out about this until after. Paltry wins on other games, so fed up. The Wonga Emporium game always lets you think you are in for a prize but then you find you are not as others have scored higher, it seems like a fix to me where there is no skill or means to determine whether you will win, as if its decided before you play. I would be happier with more wins and more information about how these games work. I am so disenchanted just now I feel like giving up playing, no incentive to play when most of the time I lose and especially on the Rainbow Riches Slingo game which tricks you into thinking you can win higher prizes when most of the time you pay silly money for one spin and win nothing which is no fun. The wins are meagre as well most of the time and the games soon take back any wins you do have. I am well out of pocket now, and don't feel this will change. My favourite game used to be Rainbow Riches Pick n Mix, until I played it on here tonight and won nothing whatsoever after 2 deposits on your sister sites. Just disheartened so far. The technical glitches spoil the pleasure a lot of playing on here, these need fixing soon. I wish I could give a more positive review but I am being honest and telling it like it is for me, sorry.”

Hello Yes you can withdraw your entire balance and winnings no issue. Basically, the fastest way to process your withdrawals (all card withdrawals are processed instantly by the way), is to process it via adding your card. We have a min deposit requirement on card of £3 or Euro 3, but that's your money and there is no play through or conditions attached to that so it will be available to play or withdraw. Hi Matthew All regulated casinos - such as our Casino, have to adhere to very stringent testing requirements before any game is released for play in the UK. All the games published have a return to play percentage or RTP and this is the average RTP over millions and millions of spins. Therefore it may seem that whilst you play a game for a short while and you don't feel like your winning, its not because the game maths are not working, its just that a few spins (relatively) out of millions & millions, is not out of range. Equally, as all games are tested as random, there may be instances where you play a few spins & win disproportionately more... like with a jackpot, for example. Hi Charles We operate 2 bonus mechanisms: 1. The 100 free spins daily tournament. When you play, you try to get the highest score possible. If you reach the leader board you can win the free spins and or cash allocated to that position. There is no playthrough or conditions attached to those spins or cash, so you can use them and / or withdraw. 2.
