“The amount of times you have to keep logging in when navigating is annoying and also keep going back to the same place is also annoying. Other than that it’s ok. Although I’d prefer to win more!!!”

A fair few games are supplied by other software companies, so if we discover there is a problem with a particular provider, we can raise it with them to see if there were any specific problems identified over the weekend. “Getting a little worried about this company. I’ve given proof of ID and address, I’ve emailed asking for an update as to why my details have not been updated and I’ve just called their number (only to receive an answerphone message). I’ve received a text asking me to check my emails, but no emails have ever been sent (and there are none in my spam/trash folders). I’m really disappointed at the poor levels of communication from this company. They took my money easily enough, now getting it back plus my winnings is a totally different story!”
