Enjoy games and site prmos ain't great hard to find and game specific verifying account is the worsed iv ever seen allowing people to deposit but not withdraw with out having recent bills e mail confirmation ect takes far to long and overly complicated when you have already taken money and refuse to refund till you managed to jump throw all these hoops is not on apart from that good site good games

Hi Robert Thank you for taking the time to write a review. regarding the documentation side of things - it is an unfortunate step, however as soon as you create an account (and this is the same for each and every customer), we serve a notification asking you to send in additional ID so that there are no hurdles at the point of withdrawal. UK Gambling Commission guidance specificaily says that online casinos cannot just ask for ID at the point of withdrawal and again we are required to "upscale" the information we hold on customers to meet out regulatory and legal obligations. The long and short of that is, we are required to put some hurdles in place and that, we understand, creates a burden on our customers, for which we are sorry. Our CS team are concious of this and do their very best to turn things around quickly, as you appreciate sometimes there is a manual process involved and that where some delays have / could occur. After depositing and selecting a welcome offer I completed the wagering requirement and then the site just reset my offer and told me a I hadn't completed it. I then contacted customer service (who admittedly were good over email) who told me that I hadn't gone through the pop up so didn't get the free spins. This was incorrect because the site had indicated I was half way through the welcome offer and then reset. I eventually was given some free spins (half the value that I should have had) and then was unable to withdraw the funds because it was too far under the withdrawal limit... After depositing funds to make my balance on the withdrawal limit so I could claim my winnings the site told me I couldn't withdraw my funds which I had just deposited!! I called the contact number and was met with a guy that was quite rude and was zero help telling me to just email them... Its a shame because I had heard good things about this casino.

Good site for gaming and I like the free daily spins with a chance to win real money; however, there is a £1 withdrawal fee so you lose money instantly from that. Also, you can't seem to opt out of marketing despite unticking the boxes to not receive the numerous text messages they send out on a daily basis. I've even got to the point of trying to switch off emails from them but to no avail. Also there is no live chat facility.

I was really surprised how quick and efficient the customer care team were especially as it was a Saturday afternoon. Loved playing on this site and when I had a problem,which was my fault, they responded straight away. That gives me confidence in playing again

Poor customer service and they employ game designers who have frequent game freezes and crashes. Ultimately this ends up in you losing any wins or free spins you had at the time. Customer service clearly not interested. Scientific games regularly crash and leave players at a loss when in bonus rounds or free spins. Unacceptable treatment of players and poor selection of game developers’ games means you’d be better playing elsewhere as any issues you do have- customer service couldn’t care less.

Free spin games are good. Not too impressed with depositing £10 and not being able to withdraw it. Same with a £1 withdrawal fee, what's that all about. Good selection of games but will use one of the big hitters from now on.

Hi Andrew Thanks for your comments. Regarding your deposit - and withdrawal - as you can imagine we are heavily regulated and as such have processes that we must abide by when money is deposited and then requested back. - it falls under the Money Launder regulations and the amount is irrelevant, whether is £1 or £1m. We have to obtain information from our customers (called Know Your Customers or KYC). We'd be very surprised if the big hitters (as you call them) do anything different as we all have to follow the same rules. Regarding the withdrawal charge of £1 - yes we do charge everyone the same and we are upfront about that because we use the fastest routes possible to return the money to you. It's bascially because we have super generous deposit reward offers and free giveaways and bonuses, that have NO playthrough and No wagering restrictions. So if you win £100 off a £1 free spin - you can just take the money. Other sites ( including the bigger ones) make you play it between 25 to 100x before you can take that win out and the likely hood is that you will lose it - so whilst they appear to be more generous - they are not. Hi Royston, Thank you for your review. We do charge a nominal fee to make it fair to everyone. As we process withdrawals instantly and process them via Visa direct - it costs us more than we pass on because the money comes through back to you instantly where possible. In addition, we try to be fair to our customers and have no restrictions on bonuses and rewards where we have no playthrough or wagering requirements.
