“I love this site so much and have won over £200 more than once and had the money in my account within 2 days, they just need to get starburst and other slots and update it so whatever we deposit we get extra Mr Wonga tickets. Would Highly Recommend”

Hi Julie Thank you so much for your comments. We'd love to get Starburst, but the supplier that offers it is very expensive and its expensive to use and set up . It follows therefore that it would be more expensive for the customer because if they are charging lots to use the game... it must make more money for the casino! We have a lot of similar games - although I appreciate that if that's what you like , its what you like. Re the deposit and additional Mr Wonga tickets - let me see what we can do. I'll raise it with the Dev team. In terms of pay outs we are integrating Visa Direct in the next week or so, so payments back to main UK bank cards will be in a matter of minutes - just part of our commitment to speed things up for our players. “I can't say anything but positive things about The Phone Casino. My account was verified straight away, I had a really nice win first game I played and my withdrawal took only 2 days via my debit card to get to my account. Hello Thank you for your review, That's fair comment. I'll give you some background if that's ok? Credit card or other payment providers don't charge us as much as mobile operators / networks. Hence we don't pass on the costs. The worst commission for the mobile networks is in excess of 50%!! That means for Virgin customers who make a mobile deposit of £10, and we give the customer £10 to play with, we only receive £4.60 back when Virgin pay us. So the cost to us is over £5 of free credit to the customer. Basically, it can be too expensive to offer mobile deposits without some form of charge. We appreciate your feedback and if you feel its unfair, please use any of the other deposit mechanisms on offer as there are no charges on them. Hope that gives you some context. I don't understand.. You won FREE cash and FREE real money spins with no play through - where you get to keep what you win. If you came 1st you will also have been given a free entry to the 1 million scratch card to win 1 million - all for FREE... no Deposit required! I don't understand how that's unfair or false information! I suppose it just shows you that you cant please everyone!.
