“Haven't managed to get or win anything really mainly apart from make deposit Pathetic free spins offer impossible to get anywhere or anything for free on annoying stupid mr wongas awful game then it tries to get you to pay money to purchase more tickets so you can play it even more in order for you to even be able to qualify for any cash prizes which kinda defeats the object of free spins why not have proper free spins on an actual real slot games instead of that ..!! Also keep sending messages regarding tournaments but try get on to tournaments sends you back to mr wongas yet again .Regularly play tournaments on othersites without any problems & everything is so much simpler & clearer including easier options on how to get free spins etc or anything being offered ..Frustrating. . “I found the site.... weird... I've played on many gambling sites over the years, and this was probably one of the worst, if not the worst. Firstly, when you sign up, you're given a password that you can't change at the point of sign up. It basically forces you to use the last 4 digits of your mob number. You can the choose to change it, BUT at a cost.... They send you a text message that you need to reply to that has a fixed fee attached! I've never came across that before and I think it's really customer unfriendly! IF you do manage to walk away in profit, the minimum withdrawal I believe is £20 AND they charge you £1 to process... With so many gambling sites out there, I won't be returning any time soon.”

Hi Byron The limt doesnt apply when someone wants to close their account - its just there for smooth operational purposes because of the processing costs for depoists and withdrawals. Sorry, we know it can be a pain somethimes but it is applied consistenly to everyone so that we dont have to pick up all the processing costs or pass them on (depoisits and withdrawals both incurr processing fees from our side). Hi Robert Thank you for taking the time to write a review. regarding the documentation side of things - it is an unfortunate step, however as soon as you create an account (and this is the same for each and every customer), we serve a notification asking you to send in additional ID so that there are no hurdles at the point of withdrawal. UK Gambling Commission guidance specificaily says that online casinos cannot just ask for ID at the point of withdrawal and again we are required to "upscale" the information we hold on customers to meet out regulatory and legal obligations. The long and short of that is, we are required to put some hurdles in place and that, we understand, creates a burden on our customers, for which we are sorry. Our CS team are concious of this and do their very best to turn things around quickly, as you appreciate sometimes there is a manual process involved and that where some delays have / could occur. “After depositing and selecting a welcome offer I completed the wagering requirement and then the site just reset my offer and told me a I hadn't completed it. I then contacted customer service (who admittedly were good over email) who told me that I hadn't gone through the pop up so didn't get the free spins. This was incorrect because the site had indicated I was half way through the welcome offer and then reset. I eventually was given some free spins (half the value that I should have had) and then was unable to withdraw the funds because it was too far under the withdrawal limit... After depositing funds to make my balance on the withdrawal limit so I could claim my winnings the site told me I couldn't withdraw my funds which I had just deposited!! I called the contact number and was met with a guy that was quite rude and was zero help telling me to just email them... Its a shame because I had heard good things about this casino.”

“Good site for gaming and I like the free daily spins with a chance to win real money; however, there is a £1 withdrawal fee so you lose money instantly from that. Also, you can't seem to opt out of marketing despite unticking the boxes to not receive the numerous text messages they send out on a daily basis. I've even got to the point of trying to switch off emails from them but to no avail. Also there is no live chat facility.”
