It feels to me like this is a family run site not a money-making cooperation, everything is amazing in my experience and let’s just say I’ve been β€œhaving fun” for some years now . It offers a totally different platform tan the rest and I love it as of now great app great costumer service highly recommend

Re Anon I've been a player for many years... I would like to update everyone about my previous concerns. The phone casino has been in contact with me and have responded to all my emails they have also tried to call me but I'm having difficulties with my phone. The phone casino was one of three casinos I tried many years ago and the phone casino is the only one I still use and I do recommend anyone who's considering joining a casino THE PHONE CASINO is the one.

I've been a player on the phone casino for many years had no issues with withdrawals until now I made my withdrawals on Sunday 1st of October unfortunately my old card was still on my account to which I accidentally sent the withdrawal to my bank has assured me that because everything's the same except my card number the money should've reached my account I've had responses to my emails but no returned calls my bank cannot do anything about this as I'm the receiver not the issuer. It's down to the issuer. Can u please ask the accounts department to call me please

Hiya, Firstly, many thanks for taking the time to review us. Please can you confirm your email address as we prefer not to have anonymous reviews. I have been in contact with my CS team and I have asked them to call you to explain this in person to you. Essentially, we sometimes face an an oddity, because when we process a payment back to card, we get an authorisation and the money leaves our bank accounts. At that point we have no control over when your local bank process the payment or how long it takes them. In the main, the payments to card are the fastest most reliable and secure mechanism to get money back to players but there are occasions (about once a month), where the payment takes longer to get back to the customer. Sadly, as much as we'd like to help in those circumstances we cant ....as all we have is an authorisation from the bank to say the transaction has been approved. It has been the case that money can effectively "bounce back" (due to issues with a registered card), but we won't know that until the bank returns the money to us. In those circumstances we can contact you. I don't think this is the case in your query, but if it's left us, we have to ask you to chase it up with your local bank... I'm sorry if that's not what you wanted to hear but it is the honest truth. regardless of all of that, if you left a call back request someone should have called you. I'll make sure that happens. They have indeed, tried to contact you on your mobile phone that very same day and they have notes to that effect on your account, but I believe that you were / are experiencing difficulties with your handset. So I play quite a lot on this site, excellent, took me a while to win mind you but still it's the luck of the draw 😏 knocked 1 point off, as everyone I play the free game Dojo it takes points off my score, I've sat and watched everytime I play it, I can have 1.5mill score go for next shot and it's changed back to 500k what's the actua point in that! Grr! Only bugbear is that!

Hi Iain I just wanted to come back to you having looked into your complaint. To say that the new site has caused some issues would be true so we have to be honest about that. However, it is a much better and faster platform now and will be so much more flexible as we go forward with new functions and features so please forgive us if you have experienced some short term difficulties. You and all our customers are valued and without your assistance we wouldn't be able to offer you new games to play. With that in mind we have been processing more updates than we would normally like to do and this has created some conflicts (which we were unforeseen) one of which is the display issue you referred to in your complaint to the CS team. I'd like to assure you that your complaint was and is being taken seriously because we want to minimise the incidence of such issues going forward but that you will also need to follow the instructions they gave you to resolve the issue and clear your cache and cookies. I'm sorry you experienced an issue and we should aim to do better so as a goodwill gesture I have added 5 additional tickets to the Fruit Dojo for your to play and we wish you all the very best of luck. Hi Donna Thanks for your review. Its our new site and we have listened to all our customers that hated the old bonus system. From now on we'll only give away real money with no deposit, no wagering or play through and no restrictions on withdrawals, no other casino offers more ... trust me we've looked around. Mobile funds are added to your account immediately as soon as we receive confirmation that the billing has been collected from your network provider. We have had issues with Vodafone recently as they are changing their permissions and limits on all their customers... not our fault just Vodafone has been vey bad at collecting payments from customers... so they have changed their system and as a result there have been some delays while Vodafone decide whether to allow payments or not. O2 had a similar issue. In short, there may be some small delays but it should be fairly instant. You can overcome this by using credit or debit cards or one of the e-wallet solutions that we offer which are instantaneous once you clear your own banks security.

Great site however withdrawal through bank transfer says 20days. 20days have been and gone and still no money.! No live chat available, no reply back from email and no answer on the number. Very disappointed

Hi there, I wanted to come back to you with regards the withdrawal time scale that you noted. Fair cop... It looks like we were late in this instance... there is no reason or excuse for that especially given the amount involved .... so there have been some slapped wrists today! We are sorry and hope you forgive is. Just for future reference, the quickest way to get a withdrawal is back to card so please register one if you haven't already and we be able to avoid unnecessary delays for you n the future. I really enjoy the variety of games available, but wish that we could withdraw more than Β£200 from bonus spins. I was disappointed having played nearly 200k worth of playthrough to discover incould only withdraw that amount despite having a 5k plus balance
