“Overall good. The free spins are fun but quite addictive. The wins on the slots are not quite as good as other sites seem but that could just be my bad luck. One criticism of the free spins on Mr Wonga would be the huge disparity on the top places and the majority of the rounds played. When you are scoring c.50,000 and the top score is 7.5million it seems impossible to reach. Maybe close the gap a bit to at least make it feel achievable?”

Thanks, Philip The game (Mr Wonga) is random and it's equally fair to depositing and non-depositing cistomers alike so that no one gets an advantage. The luck is really to get sticky wilds, as that is when the score really ramps up. I will, however, pass your comments back to the Dev team and see what can be done. “I've not long joined the phone casino but so far l think it's a pretty fair place, not so many dead spins as I've experienced with other sites. A good choice of games to play , plus the free wonga spins are fun. Withdrawals were super fast and in my bank within minutes . It would be helpful if there was somewhere to display your account balance preferably on the main page . Apart from that it's all fun and games .”

“Good choice of games, site functionality is quick and consistent, layout is clean and simple. Having repeatable promotions is good, could do with a bit more variety to them. Dealing with CS via email was a bit tedious, only downside I've experienced with the company, however only had to do it once.”

Thanks, Wesley We did have a live chat function - but all we got were bonus chasers. This caused CS to slow up as they were dealing with customers that kept bombarding them with irrelevant chat. It's something that we are looking to do where we can create a chat for depositing customers - so that we avoid holding up genuine customers. Hi Richard To address your concerns, every single customer where we need additional ID is notified as such at the top of the logged-in lobby. You will have seen a warning banner that says your details need to be updated. It is a specific requirement in the UK regulations that we are not allowed to ask for this at the point of withdrawal, we must ask for ID sooner. So we ask as soon as you create your account to avoid such issues. I trust that you were able to resolve this seamlessly so can we ask you to revise your review? Regards
