“Rang the office yesterday and explained my issue, lady was extremely helpful and I was able to have a same day visit. The technician was brilliant, he was very thorough and tried his best to sort out my pest issue. He was unable to find an entry point but explained my next steps. I am extremely pleased with the service I received and would recommend to anyone.”

“Called as we heard noises in the loft. Derek came out the same day. He was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Traps and bait were laid. At the follow up visit nothing had been touched so everything was left. Today for our final visit it was confirmed some of the bait in one loft had been taken and all in the other. I can thoroughly recommend this company. Derek was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. The office staff always friendly and accommodating with visit times. I hope I don’t have to but would definitely use this company again and would recommend them. Thanks for all your help”

“I am not happy with the service I can still see fleas round and still biting.. why did I pay £252 for if we still suffering from the fleas bite and how can someone just do their job soo quickly within 15 minutes when I have 3 bedroom house... am really upset and I hope you do help me out with this problem... I got kids in the house”

Hi, We have looked into this issue, we only visited the site on Wednesday 5th January, as our technician advised you that with fleas it requires time for our treatment to work. Unfortunately, activity can continue for a minimum of 10-14 days, hence why our technician has asked you to not vacuum for 14 days also. “I called the pest company after having some building work done at home I suspected rats underneath the floor £180 later and all that was done put boxes around the exterior of my house, nothing under the floor boards or in the loft space I can now hear them in my loft and possibly the wall cavity’s after a follow up phone call he said to leave it another week before coming back out at a further cost £75. I have recently had my house rewired and worry they are chewing through cables. I am lay awake at night listening to the noise. The reason I paid a company was for extensive treatment and removal yet I feel I could of bought boxes off Amazon for £20 and done it myself. I now feel like I need to find another company to complete the work I have already paid for!! Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied.”

“I was unhappy with my first visit from pest control.. however after my review, Johnathan (im sure that was his name apologies if not) rang me and was really helpful and friendly and sent another member of the control team out to help. He was much more helpful and looked into the issue. He came back two weeks later to check. Both visits free of charge to solve the problem. So thank you to Johnathan and the man that came to solve the issue.”

“Friendly enough man and same day service - however alls he did was use my own brush to poke about under kitchen units and put poison down for £270. Didnt do much thorough searching, no torches or cameras to look. I am still pretty sure I have a problem even after two visits and unsure of what to do still so need to ring another company for help which obviously means more expense and worry.”

“Heard a rodent under my floorboards in the evening. Phoned The Pest Control Company at 9.05 am by 10 am-ish the technician was at my door, he was super professional and extremely knowledgeable. He lifted floorboards and could not find any hard evidence of any rodents. Put bait down and then replaced floorboards carpets and it was like he had never been. Now I await the return visit to check on everything but I feel confident that they will resolve the issue for me. If you need any kind of pest control they are definitely your guys”

“I phoned the office today at 3.45 this afternoon with a wasp infestation. The lady I spoke to said someone would be out tomorrow morning before 1.00 pm 4.45 I then got a phone call asking if I was home as there was a Technician in my area. A lovely man called Kevin called to say he was on his way. He was absolutely Fabulous. Talked through all what he had to do & got the Job done very quickly. The office Staff were also very efficient. will definately Recommend them.”

“Called their reception on the morning of 3/9/21 for removal of wasps to the rear wall of the property. Was advised an agent can come in the afternoon. His name was Ronan who left a message later that day and arrived at the arranged time. He was pleasant and explained to me the treatment to remove the wasps, particularly by killing the queen bee. He advised that after a few hours there should be hardly any wasps and in 2-3 days none will be seen. He was right. He also gave a seven day return guarantee if wasps still persisted. As of today, none exist. Thus, the treatment was successful. The customer service was great from start to finish.”

“I called the company as I had a wasp nest in my loft. The receptionist was extremely helpful and pleasant to talk to. They were able to send someone out the next day. Derek, the technician called to say when he was on his way. I found this helpful as we all know what it's like waiting in! Due to the difficulty of accessing the nest from the outside Derek went into the loft and dealt with the situation. Brave man if you ask me!! The company have a 7 day call back guarantee if the wasps were not all eliminated. This was the case. Again I spoke to a helpful receptionist and Derek was able to come back the following day to deal with the nest again. The service they provide is 5 star. They are polite, helpful and extremely prompt. Pricing is excellent also... £144 with a 7 day guarantee to come back.”
