I still haven’t received my order, which was made on 25th February - 3 weeks ago - I did email your company for clarification and was told that tracking and action should start soon but nothing has happened - you did say I could re-order, which is what. I will have to do.

Ordered two fountain pens.. one arrived with inks.. and the other never arrived despite tracking showing delivery, raised this with Jake, who at first was helpful, then went cold after following his instructions, despite numerous emails after following advice, I never heard anything back from him or the company and am out of pocket for a fountain pen that I had wanted to pass over as gift.. sadly, poor aftercare service and a clear intention of well “it’s not my fault it never arrived - you have paid extra for tracking” pretty poor service overall and I guess to other buyers be vary as I don’t think it was sent and they’ve used the tracking for the item that did arrive!!! I have no way of knowing as this has not been shared.. and all I require was my Pen!!!

Pen arrived in padded envelope, however would seem it was too much trouble to place pen in appropriate box. Whoever packed the pen obviously wanted to save time and decided to include the box as is flat packed without one inside.

Hello Dave, Thank you for your feedback. We supply these box flat packed as we have found they arrive in better conditon doing so. These are supplied flat by the manufacture, and in the past, when we "made these up" prior to dispatch, we found that more often than not they arrived damaged. Either due to other items in the same package moving and squashing the box or due to knocks and bumps in the postal system - these boxes are really quite fragile when made-up. We, therefore, now supply the box flat packed for the customer to make on arrvial and have done so for the last 18 years. I hope this helps explain why we supply the gift box for this model flat.

The service was quick and efficient but sadly when my pen was delivered I had to pay 14 euros for the shipping, which had already been billed when I first payed at chekout. This means that I had to pay the shipping twice and I would like my £9.50 back. Thanks in advance.

I order collector pencils and Bleu Klain box set arrive damage because the pacage was loose. As I want them to collect, I was unable to save the box and kept the pencils. The pencils with no box lost value. All this because the pacage was not properly packed for to travel overseas.

The order was placed on 10/6 and finally arrived yesterday, 11/22. Apparently, half of the order was on backorder (I only found this out when I called inquiring about my order) so I gave customer service the ok to ship what was in stock. Emailed customer service on 10/26 and 11/4 asking for an update - heard nothing back. So I called. A nice guy answered and agreed to ship the partial order. The pens look nice but I shouldn't have to wait this long to receive them.

The items I needed were in stock. When ordered they appeared to be like new but had obviously been demo'd or used. (Scuff mark on leather pen case and too much ink in a fountain pen to be a factory test). However, shipping (DHL), to the U.S. was extremely fast, 3 days. When I order something I expect it to be new, unhandled and in pristine condition. I probably won't shop there again.

Unfortunately, I have yet to receive the product I ordered. It has been hung up in the Royal Mail for over three weeks and according to the parcel tracker, twice labeled a "suspicious package."

Hello, Apologies to hear of the issue with your shipment - this was shipped on 14 July, however, seems to have been sent to Northern Ireland rather than the US. It seems this handling error has escalated and the item may be returned to ourselves. I have contacted Royal Mail International services and they have opened an investigation into this. This should expedite the release of the parcel for delivery to yourself, or return to us. If your parcel returns to us we will put this on an Express courier for re-delivery to you. This is not an issue we have experienced previously - again please accept our apologies for this - we are working with Royal Mail to resolve this for you ASAP.

Unfortunately, my experience was not the best. Although the fountain pen arrived quickly, the nib is twisted a bit. I tried to contact The Pen Company for a replacement via their official E-Mail but they managed to ignore my request for replacement (or at least for support). Now, since my right to give it back has passed, I have to care about the fix myself, which leaves me disappointed. The pen was not cheap, just to mention.

I ordered a Tulip for Team Fox fountain pen and never got confirmation of my purchase or delivery tracking information. Right now, I’m considering refusing delivery. I was hoping to find a one stop resource for all my writing needs. Very disappointed.

The product itself was good. Instead of delivering to the delivery address the product I ordered was delivered to the billing address. I had to drive all the way to the delivery address to deliver the product. Pretty disappointed because of this.

I ordered a Pelikan M800 and it was delivered in a timely manner. It arrived well packaged, safe and sound. However the nib has misaligned tines so the writing experience has been bad. I emailed the pen company one or two weeks ago and have not had a response. So the initial encounter was very good but the follow up was terrible. Don't know how to reduce this to a number of stars.

I took my time writing this review. I ordered this pen before Christmas last year and it only arrived 7 months later. This was not the pen company fault. Brexit and covid. I was informed by the pen company about it. Cant fault them there. Pen Company 4 stars. The m1000 fine nib, well this is a different story. Beautifuly made, bouncy nib. But crap. Fine nib writes as a broad, when it bothers to write. Multiple dry starts. Seems italic. Could not be more disappointed. Was going to return but it took 7 months to get here in the 1st place. I cant recommend buying fountain pens online. This is a high end pen. And its crap. I should have returned it. But i thought to give it a few weeks to break in. Dont make that mistake. Return. So disappointed with online pen buying. Test before you buy, will pay more but at least you get a good pen. This m1000 is usless, was to be my grail pen. Can't recommend.

I will update this review if/when I receive a resolution, but I spent $100 on a Faber-Castell fountain pen, and when it arrived the extra ink cartridge had leaked everywhere and ruined the pen.
