“It took a while for the pen to arrive and communication in the gap between paying and getting hands on it was lacking. Then I followed the instructions but couldn’t get the ink suction thing work at all and had ink everywhere so was not happy but the cartridges work well and now This is my favourite and nicest writing pen I own.”

“Traditional stationery shops have ceased to trade in our area in North Wales and so it is necessary to s shop elsewhere for ballpen parts. “Phenomenal customer service from these people - polite and quick to respond. I purchased a pen from them in Australia a few weeks ago and wanted to return it for an exchange of a similar item. We communicated back and forth, and the customer support person was great - he guided me on the nib width selection. I just received my exchange item a few days ago.”

“The multiple items I ordered arrived sooner than I expected, traveling from the UK to Kalamazoo, Michigan. The tracking of my order helped me to get my package inside before it froze, a concern I had with single digit (f*) weather. The inks are beautiful and the converters tranformed vintage pens I got on the cheap and gleaned up with nib cleaner. Thank You Pen Company.”
