“I still did not received my order. It is stuck @ the Postoffice. I paid 3.75£ for the parts and appr. 7£ shipping cost. The belgium post send me an invoice of 25.75€ for import taxes. My proposal: send little parts like push buttom by letter.”

“This was first time I bought diaries from the Pen Company. Although it was into November, there was still a good selection of the kind of diaries I always buy. Apart from one, I ordered exactly what I wanted. The range of alternative designs still allowed me to avoid feeling I'd had to compromise. My purchases were delivered within 2 days, so I was very pleased. Needless to say, I shall go to Pen Company first another time, I now realise what an extensive range of goods they carry.”

“I ordered a Lamy pen case as a replacement Mont Blanc one my husband lost . I’m So pleased , he’s going to love it! Gorgeous soft leather . He will use it as a glasses case and it’s perfect . Thankyou for the fast service too .”
