We made a couple of orders from The Panel Company, and the experience was varied. The Good: So the products are great quality, pricing is reasonable, and they deliver. The Bad: Delivery is slow, so when you order don't expect to receive it quickly. Also, we ordered some stuff that we needed to complete our bathroom, but from order to delivery it was at least 5 days, and when we received the delivery the wrong stuff had been sent. This was problematic, as we had a tradesman doing the work, and he'd been waiting on the ordered parts to complete the job, and we didn't have time to wait another 5+ days for the correct items to be delivered. So I had to drive a 110 mile round trip to collect the correct items from the Dartford store, drop them to my builder in Colchester and then drive home to London. Despite the issues, the products are good and we were ultimately happy in the end.

The product is excellent and value for money. The delivery let you down. Panels were left in the communal entry (which could have been stolen) after I had spoken to driver minutes before stating that the flat was upstairs. I myself had to carry the panels up 4 flights of stairs. Not impressed.

Delivery and website all good. I’d say the quality of the panels needs some work, in certain light you can see the corrugated grooves under the panel face, and the top and bottom 20mm of the panels will need cutting off due to an incomplete finish and indentantation from what I assume is the machine cuts. However, you get what you pay for and the boards are cheap compared to other brands.

It took a while for the panels I ordered to be dispatched and there wasn't much communication until I emailed to ask for an update. Communication was much better and they were delivered right on time the next day. Unfortunately as my bathroom installers began using the panels, nearly every single one was damaged in some way. There was no damage to the boxes so they must have been damaged before they were packaged. I understand that the panels are cheaper than most places however, I didn't expect that to mean that the items would be sent out in that condition. My bathroom installers did an amazing job with what they had but it was very disappointing.

I ordered 7 Abstract Grey panels but received 8 Brush Grey, which I can't find on the website. I decided to accept the order after giving it some thought. I have now started to fix the panels to the kitchen wall to cover the old tiles. They look quite good, but I think the mat finish of the Abstract Grey would have looked better than the gloss finish of the Brush Grey panels. The joints show up more, due to the reflective surface. Time will tell whether I made the right decision!

I bought cheap 5mm panels so I did not think they would be the best and they weren't. When joining two panels you are left with a slight indentation. The other thing that was disappointing was the trims, they were more for the 8mm panels and therefore not a snug fit. I needed another end cap trim and bought one locally, it was sold as a 5mm trim and fit the panels perfectly. I do not recommend buying 5mm panels from this company but as far as the ordering and shipping it was fine.

Delivery is very poor second time I had to drive 50miles to collect myself. I want next day or even the day after that. But they say dispatched in 3-7 days. Have no communication on delivery dates. I love them but sort you delivery out.

I purchased the 8mm t&g panels and the quality is quite good apart from one of two panels had some shadowing on them from the core material showing through, but I managed to cut these sections out. The only gripe I have is that the delivery times are so long. The first delivery took 10 days and I under ordered, so had to order some more. I asked if they could help me out with a quicker delivery so that I could finish the job, (even though I was told they deliver most days to my area) but nope, I have to wait 10 days again for delivery. It does state on their website 7 to 10 day delivery, but I thought they would try and help me out! So if you want something quick, it’s 10 days, take it or leave it.

Fair pricing and a good product. Would have been 5 stars however they did not honour the 15% off Code advertised on their website because they said it expired on NYE (I placed the order NYD). In the interest of fairness I was prepared to let it slide as no one is likely to be working NYD and instead asked that they honoured the 10% off Code instead. They replied saying that the code didn't apply to the products I purchased. Very poor customer service given I was being polite, and more than reasonable.
