Upon delivery a panel was damaged, the driver took it back, every other panel was checked, a replacement panel was delivered the next day, all seemed good. Once all the panels were upon the wall and bathroom installed it became noticeable that 1 panel was a slight different colour, obviously not visible when all the panels checked. I emailed the company for them to initially try find every excuse that it was our fault ( it was where they were cut, they must of been in direct sunlight, it was where they were stored) all the excuses that only effected 1 panel out of 8, even trying say they must of been different batches (all had the same batch number which I could prove), They tried to replace the 1 odd panel, no mention of compensation to help pay for the bathroom fitter come back out, in the end all the have done is refunded me for 1 panel 😉 so all the excitement of a new bathroom has now been shadowed by this that we now just have to except, not happy at all

Hi You have several issues of concern. What you have to sell is not necessarily in stock so your computers can't keep up with sales. If you don't have any clearance stock left put a notice up saying so. Don't promise delivery days and ring up the morning before to tell me you don't have any stock. Don't tell me you will deliver on a certain day and then don't deliver on that day. It's quite clear that your systems are a total mess,get reorganised ASAP. Wouldn't order or recommend your company unfortunately.

Delivery done few days define date and after sevearl email to follow up i could recieve my parcel. The colour was a bit different from photo and since it was too late and regardng shipping cost, there was no time to retun them.

The design on the boards are really nice BUT both our original order and the replacements have arrived damaged which is causing us delays with fitting and holding our project up. The damage is most likely due to the pathetic packaging. Just a piece of cardboard around them, no crumple zones, no corner protection, no padding. It's ridiculous for such a large and fragile item. Also the Packers must cut the cardboard against the boards as there's score marks on them. Solve the packing issues and they'd be perfect.

Not great I’m afraid. Delivered the wrong panels then I had to do all of the chasing to correct the error. One panel also slightly damaged but no energy to request a replacement. Quality of product overall however is excellent.

Very poor on delivery. I placed order 2 weeks ago. delivery was supposed to be a few days but here I am still waiting. When I chased them they got confused and gave me a delivery date of 2 weeks BEFORE I placed the order. When I queried they have now given me date of next week which will be nearly 3 weeks since I place the order. I hope the panels wil be OK but so far I am not impressed with the service. BUT prices are very cheap so.......

Placed order on the 2nd February and was told 5 to 7n days delivery. Chased my order on the 5th was told it wiold be in today. Now 6 days later rang an was told out of stock However the assistant Manager at the Bristol branch Apologised for delay and promised me she will keep a check on it hopefully to deliver on the 18th Feb . Not impressed !!!

Order 4 black oak panels. Only received 2 out of the 4 panels after a delayed delivery. They resent another 2 out and another delayed delivery. May be cause of this time of year and delivery service.

Customer service at Bristol were Very nonchalant about the issue I was having trying to get the right batch no for the panels I ordered. I needed two replacements for damaged ones and an extra one. I gave the batch no but was not told the batch no I had was no longer available and as I had already ripped my bathroom out and panel guy had already fitted the shower panels the girl at Bristol said she had found an almost perfect match and would branch transfer Them for me from another branch. They came and were the wrong ones she said there was a mix up with the paperwork said they would definitely be checked and be sent out on the next Thurs came on the Saturday wrong ones and not checked as drivers paperwork said 2 choices customer to choose nearest match!! So not what I expected and now 3 weeks in and still wrong ones. Had 2 panels as goodwill refunded but left with mismatched panels. And customer service telling me oh I do hope you get it sorted !! Not Helpful at all. Why sell the last 6 panels to someone when they have no hope of getting a match for damaged ones which arrived damaged and the fact no other branch had that batch no either is just ridiculous and not good service what so ever. I would have preferred the right panels than a goodwill gesture as have had to hide the mismatch behind some accessories or start all over and rip the whole lot out at my expense.

My order wasn't sent to the factory so I had to have a alternative which was OK fortunately, then my order was left on the door step 25 minutes before the delivery time which was early morning luckily I live in a decent area or my delivery could have been taken. I also didn't receive a phone call or text I wasn't happy at all. Lucky, I haven't given a 1 star

The product is good but the delivery system is a shambles. I have ordered 4 times from TPC and our address is 15 min from the depot but they always take the full7 working days and when I have added to an order a day later it takes another day to arrive. Also the corners and edges and trim are cheaper in B&Q.
