“I ordered 8 panels to redo my ensuite ceiling as part of a full refurb. The price\service were great and the product was delivered in accordance with the date specified when I called. The product itself was easy to fit and looks great My only complaint is that some of the panels were damaged on arrival either due to poor packaging or handling. Luckily I was still able to complete the job due to the length of the room being shorter than the panels But if I'd needed to use the entirety of them I'd have needed replacements. I cant comment on the after sales service however all communication I had with The Panal Company was very professional so I've no reason to believe they wouldn't have acknowledged the problem and rectified quickly.”

“Exceptional service. Nick was massively helpful, sourcing flooring we wanted that had just gone out of stock, from another branch, and ensuring that all our cladding, flooring, edging plus a range of Q4 furniture, sink, tap etc and accessories arrived on time and was delivered personally a couple of days before our re-fit. Cannot recommend highly enough. We will be coming back when we tackle our next bathroom refurbishment.”

“Rang The Panel Company this morning and just have to say, absolutely brilliant service. They provided me with all the information I needed to make my purchase for shower panels and fittings! Really a good price rather than dealing with B&Q (as The Panel Co are 3rd party suppliers to them) I went straight to The Panel Co and great customer service!”

“Bought the herringbone white panels which initially took 2 weeks longer than the estimated 2 weeks. I followed the fitting guide to the letter but between each panels there is a 1-2mm gap having fitted correctly using the guide even though the website images show no joint gap between panels.”

“I originally bought some of the Oak Sulcado panels and had them delivered but I realised quite quickly that that colour was wrong and they didn't suit the room. Swapping them for the darker walnut ones was quick and easy; the team on the end of the e-mails were helpful and friendly and it was done in no time. The panels themselves are really good quality and very easy to work with when it comes to trimming etc. I was also sceptical when I found out they were held on using glue and nothing else, but I put them up around 3 days ago now and honestly they were absolutely rock solid stuck onto the wall from about a minute, if that; I've got no worries of them coming off at all! A great experience all round! Thanks!”

He was so thoughtful and put the delivery into my house, which was great, as a lot of companies won’t do that. He was so friendly. “Fitted the two panels last week and they look good. The company forgot to shop the silicone to my father in law and despite not visiting for a number of weeks after the delivery it took one quick phone call for it to be resolved speedily and delivered in 24 hrs.”

“When my order arrived there were a few panels with transit damage. I contacted customer service and they were brilliant, they replaced the damaged panels and were really apologetic and easy to deal with. I would certainly recommend The Panel Company to anyone wanting to panel their walls. The panels themselves fit together beautifully and the fit and finish is excellent, so much easier than tiling and without all the weight. Excellent all round!!!”
